Male breast cancer (MBC) is a very rare disease, accounting for less than 1% of all breast cancer cases. Brain metastasis (BM) from MBC is extremely rare. Although stereotactic radiosurgery is effective for BMs from breast cancer, there has been no report of BM from MBC treated with SRS in the literature. The object of this paper is to present three cases of MBC treated with Gamma Knife radiosurgery at our institution.
